New Release Available Now! Check out the New Release page on the Academy for a short video walkthrough.
At its core, this release is about helping you make smarter decisions faster, with better visibility and less manual work.
Let’s start with new features:
- Google Sheets Plugin integration
- Export Critical Numbers and KPIs to CSV
- One-time Huddles and a Quarterly Planning Template
These additions are all about flexibility. You can now move data more easily, plan with more structure, and meet in ways that match how your team actually operates.
We’ve also made meaningful improvements to Data Tables:
- Reorder values to match how you think about your data
- Add Median, Max, and Min calculations, with the option to toggle Average
- Include more detailed target information (released soon after a short beta test)
This gives you a clearer picture of performance so you can spot trends and make adjustments with confidence.
Weekly execution is getting stronger too:
- You can now track stucks directly in Weekly Huddles
- Tasks can align more cleanly to priorities and huddles
- Metrics are easier to manage with cleaner dropdowns and automatic creation when tied to Critical Numbers
These updates tighten the connection between what you plan and what actually gets done each week.
And then there’s AI Advisor.
Starting next week, AI Advisor will be turned on for everyone.
This is a meaningful step forward. The goal is simple: help you and your team get better guidance without adding more meetings or manual analysis.
AI Advisor follows your existing visibility rules. If you can see it, the AI can use it to provide relevant insights.
ACTION RECOMMENDED: We also know not every meeting includes everyone, and that’s by design. Many huddles are simply team-specific, not confidential.
That’s why we introduced the AI Checkbox in Huddles.
- By default, AI can use huddle information to generate recommendations
Here’s what you should do this week:
If you have any truly confidential huddles such as 1:1s, leadership-only meetings, or coaching sessions, go into those huddles and uncheck the AI option. This ensures those conversations stay completely private and are not used to inform AI recommendations.
