Hey Mal,
In Align, Metrics aren’t just standalone figures. When connected properly, a single Metric can drive a Priority, Critical Number, KPI Card, and Quarterly Target on the OPSP.
That means when you update a Priority tied to a Metric, that change carries through anywhere that Metric is used. No duplicate entry. No disconnects.
If you're planning to add new Critical Numbers, set fresh Quarterly Targets, or create number-driven Priorities for Q4, start by asking:
➡️ Are we linking this to an existing Metric?
➡️ Are we reusing the same Metric where we’re tracking the same number?
It’s a simple step that makes updates faster and reporting more accurate—and it keeps everyone focused on what matters most.
