AI Alex is built to do the same thing: act as a thinking partner who knows your business, understands what good execution looks like, and can tell you exactly where to focus. Here's what that looks like in practice.

1. Business habit advice that fits how you work
Alex has been trained on the habits and rhythms that help companies grow — think Scaling Up, EOS, OKRs, 4DX, and more. But here's the thing: Alex doesn't care which methodology you use. If you use one, great. If you don't, also great. Alex understands what works across all of them — the weekly rhythms, the accountability structures, the meeting cadences — and can give you advice that fits your world.

Ask Alex something like "What should our leadership team be doing weekly to stay aligned?" and you'll get a grounded answer, not a generic one.
