With the Annual Initiative Dashboard in Align, you can see all initiatives in one place, along with any linked priorities. It’s a simple way to spot which efforts are moving forward and which may need more attention.

If you notice gaps, you can connect existing priorities directly to your initiatives:

1. Open the priority.

2. Scroll to the Advanced section.

3. Add the related initiative.

That’s it. Once tagged, your dashboard gives you a clear, updated picture of how daily priorities support your larger goals.

Smart moves today lead to big wins tomorrow. Take a few minutes this week to check in on your initiatives and make sure your team’s work is aligned with what matters most.
