Weekly Tips & Tricks

Hey there,

You planned. You aligned. You left your strategy session fired up and ready to take on the second half of the year.

So—what’s next?

At Align, we just wrapped our own planning, and the energy is high. The ideas, the goals, the excitement about what’s ahead... it’s all real. But here's what we know: the wins don’t come from the planning session alone. They come from the work that happens between sessions.

To keep the momentum going, here’s a quick checklist to revisit:

  • Enter your new Critical Numbers and Leading Indicators

  • Confirm your Quarterly Priorities

  • Lock in your Huddle Rhythm

At a minimum, your weekly huddle should review team and individual priorities, KPIs, and include a space for action items and asking for help if you’re off track.

For even more traction, consider adding a daily huddle with just two sections:

  • What's up?

  • Top Priority

Internally at Align, we go one step further. Every Tuesday before our daily huddle, we spend 15 minutes doing a Company Priority check-in. It’s a small habit that makes a big difference—keeping our quarterly focus sharp and showing weekly progress from the top.

What will you do to stay focused and accountable between planning sessions?

[Align and] Scoreboard turns plans into habits. It makes weekly progress obvious, decisions easier, and momentum real.
